In order to comply with applicable laws Dyggz Marketing may access and disclose to the appropriate governmental entity any information requested and report to those authorities any activity that we suspect violates or may violate any law.

Payment Dyggz Marketing utilizes a Beanstream, third party payment gateway for Services purchased on the Website who encrypts and stores your credit card data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Our third party payment processor is a PCI Level 1 (the highest level) certified service provider who utilizes technologies that include multiple layers of protection against all known attack vectors and methods.   8. Security of Your Information. Dyggz Marketing has physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to correctly use the information we collect online. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of Information, we cannot assure you that your Personally Identifiable Information will never be disclosed or used in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
